Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

Our Refund policy is time-bound. If the unused product is returned in original condition, with all the packing material and tags intact, the amount will be refunded in full either to your bank account or the website wallet, for any further purchases. The decision to receive money in the bank account or the website wallet will be solely decided by the customer and not the company. 

We reserve the right to mark products as returnable and/or exchangeable. The customer is urged to read the product information to know which category the product falls within.
